Forest Effects is a small independent pedal builders based in Swinley Forest, England. Run by me, Oli. What started out as a personal project gradually grew into building pedals for a living.

Recently though I came to realise that the pressures from doing what I loved as a business had eroded the joy I once found in building pedals, but most importantly my joy in making music in general. So I made the decision to scale Forest Effects back to a hobby again in an effort to recapture my love for music.

I still make & sell pedals, just only when I feel like it! If you'd like one, jump on the mailing list where I send out notifications when pedals are available. I'm currently experimenting with a laser engraver to see if custom artwork is a possibility!

Please know we really appreciate every customer that buys a pedal from us, today it goes straight back into music. Be it making more pedals, some other pet projects (been eye-balling an amp build for a while), instruments etc. Thanks for helping me get my love for music back!
