Do you ship internationally?We will ship anywhere! The only current exception is the EU due to the UK leaving the single market; we're working to get this sorted asap. Please note import related duties / taxes / charges are not included in the item price or shipping & we are unable to find these out for you. Any import charges are the buyers responsibility. Check with your local customs office to find out if there will be any charges.

How should I power my pedal?All our pedals use a standard 9V centre negative 2.1mm (Boss style) power supply. We recommend a high quality isolated power supply.

Does my pedal have a warranty?Absolutely, we really care about our craftmanship & your playing experience. We offer a limited life-time warranty on our pedals so you can be confident you're getting a quality product. For more details see our Warranty Page.

Will you give me advice on how to get the best out of my pedal?We'd love to, wherever possible we're up for a chat to help you get the most out of your Forest Effects gear. While at particularly busy times it may be difficult to get back to you straight away, we'll do our best ot get in touch as quickly as possible. Easiest way is to send us a message on Instagram or through the General Enquiry form.

My pedal started having a noise issue, what do I do?"The vast majority of noise issues are caused by poor powering. We always recommend a high quality isolated power supply. Check out our Tech Support page for more tips & tricks on how to sort out noise problems. If they still persist after this please get in touch via our General Enquiry form & we will run through some troubleshooting with you.
